Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our intent is for each customer’s satisfaction. Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:

  1. If you "no-call no-show" your appointment, you will be charged approximately half the amount of the full service that was scheduled and added to the blacklist.

  2. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $125 cancellation fee.

  3. For all multi-service packages (extensions & hair color packages) we ask you to make a *NON REFUNDABLE* $700+ deposit at the time of ordering hair.

  • Services received cannot be refunded.

    • We will gladly adjust any service you receive within THREE days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service at no additional charge to you. 1a. Any major chemical service will require a mandatory haircut.


  • Refunds will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. Only shampoo & hair care products can be refunded if UNUSED and in original packaging.


  • No refunds are given for hair extensions, hair extension packages, or services over two hours.


  • The stylist has zero control over the shipping process of hair extensions. Please be aware that shipping could take anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks.


Gift Card Purchase

Any Gift Certificate or Gift Card will be expired 1 year from the purchase date.
