Policy Reminders

If you "no-call no-show" your appointment, you will be charged approximately half the amount of the full service that was scheduled and added to the blacklist.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $125 cancellation fee.
For all multi-service packages (extensions & hair color packages), we ask you to make a *NON REFUNDABLE* $700+ deposit at the time of ordering hair.
